Can anyone use Crystal Renew?

Crystal Renew can be used by both men and women. It should not be used by children.

Is it suitable for my skin type?

Crystal Renew can be used on dry, oily and combination skin types and also works on light, medium and dark skin tones. It is designed for anyone who wants to visibly reduce the appearance of brown spots, pore size and achieve a more even skin tone. It should not be used with skin conditions which include: acne, rosacea, eczema, over moles or growths, or any other skin ailment. It is recommended that you consult a doctor if you unsure.

Is Crystal Renew safe?

This is non invasive process only abrades the outer layer of the skin which is only made up of dead skin cells. The crystals are perfectly safe and non toxic if ingested. They don't cause adverse skin reactions and they are not carcinogenic.

Crystal Renew was designed for easy, safe, at home use. You can control the strength of your treatment by adjusting the power levels. Also, the crystals will not flow from the Wand unless the Wand Head has full contact with the skin. If you get any in your eyes or mouth simply rinse away with water.

How long should a treatment take?

Treatment times varies depending on the area covered and power level selected. A full facial will take approximately 10 minutes.

How quick before I see my results?

You'll notice an immediate improvement to your skin after the first treatment. Improved tone and texture should be visible after the third treatment.

Is it normal to have crystals residue on my skin after treatment?

Some crystals are left behind to indicate the areas that have been treated. These are easily removed with generous amounts of water after treatment.

Will it remove sun spots?

6 - 10 treatments can remove smaller sun spots while larger ones fade significantly.

Can I use other skin care products?

Yes, but be careful of certain ingredients that may irritate your skin such as retinol.

How often should I use Crystal Renew?

We suggest no more that one treatment a week leaving at least 48 hours between treatments on the same area. Do not use more than once a week. After use, as with any exfoliation product, you should always protect your skin with a high sun protection factor sunscreen.

Will I feel any discomfort during treatment?

No. A slight abrasivness may be felt, but the treatment should be gentle and painless and leave your skin feeling fresh, clean and smooth. If you feel any discomfort, decrease the power level.
